Why Automation

Trigger-based vs broadcast.

What Email Automation Means

Email automation sends the right message to the right person at the right time without manual effort. Instead of blasting one newsletter to everyone, you build flows that fire based on subscriber behavior.

A trigger (like a signup or a purchase) starts a sequence, and the system handles delivery, timing, and personalization for you.

Manual blast: one email -> entire list, sent by hand
Automation: trigger event -> sequence -> sent automatically

Broadcast vs Automated

Broadcasts are one-time sends: a sale announcement, a product launch, a weekly digest. They are time-based and go to a chosen segment.

Automations are evergreen: they run continuously in the background, reacting to each subscriber's actions. Most mature programs use both, but automation drives the steadiest revenue.
