Automate Without Writing Code
No-code automation lets you connect apps, move data, and trigger actions across your entire tool stack — without a software engineering background. Platforms like Zapier, Make, and n8n have matured to the point where complex, multi-step workflows — including AI-driven logic, API calls, and database writes — are built visually. This track covers the real skills that make those automations reliable in production: conditional branching, error handling, webhook design, and compliance, not just dragging connectors between icons.
What You Will Learn
You will start with the core concepts of event-driven automation and platform fundamentals, then move into conditional logic, data manipulation, and integrating with databases and spreadsheets. From there the track covers API and webhook integrations — consuming external endpoints and responding to inbound events — as well as error handling and monitoring so workflows recover cleanly when things go wrong. Advanced modules address data transformation pipelines, integrating AI and machine learning steps into workflows, and the security, compliance, and governance requirements that matter when automations touch sensitive data.
The Learning Path
Twelve courses span A1 through C2. The first course, Introduction to No-Code Automation & Concepts, is free. The path moves from platform basics through B1/B2 intermediate work — conditional logic, database integration, webhooks, error handling — into four C1 courses covering AI integration, scalability, security, and a full end-to-end capstone project. The track closes at C2 with Future Trends & Strategic Automation, which examines where the discipline is heading and how to plan automation strategy at an organisational level.
How It Works
Each course is split into short, focused lessons with interactive exercises and real-time feedback. An AI tutor is available whenever you get stuck, so you can work through tricky logic or integration problems at your own pace without leaving the platform.
