What Is a Marketing Dashboard

A marketing dashboard is a centralized view of your key performance indicators, bringing together data from multiple sources — ad platforms, Google Analytics, email tools, and CRM — into one visual interface. It eliminates the need to log into multiple platforms separately and gives you a rapid snapshot of overall marketing health.

Choosing the Right KPIs

Your dashboard should display only the metrics that directly relate to your current business goals. A dashboard with 40 metrics provides no clearer direction than having none. Start with 5 to 8 KPIs that represent different stages of your funnel: traffic, leads, conversions, revenue, and cost efficiency. Add metrics only if they drive specific decisions.
