Differentiating Your Brand

Find your unique value proposition and communicate it clearly to your market.

What is a Unique Value Proposition?

A unique value proposition (UVP) is a clear statement that explains how your product solves a problem, what benefits it delivers, and why customers should choose you over every alternative. A great UVP is specific, customer-focused, and instantly understandable.

Competitor Positioning Map

A positioning map plots competing brands on two axes representing key purchase factors — for example, price (low to high) and quality (basic to premium). Visualizing where competitors cluster reveals where the market is crowded and where open space exists.
