Fuel Baron: Gas Station
Fuel Baron: Gas Station — A gas station tycoon where you serve every car yourself
Fuel Baron: Gas Station is a free gas station tycoon for iPhone. You start with two pumps and a till at the edge of town. You work the pumps yourself: tap the waiting car, pick the fuel and the amount, and watch the meter run. You also set the price per litre, buy wholesale fuel on a cheap day, hire staff and grow the station across four regions. No internet, no server and no account are needed.

Hand them the wrong nozzle and they drive off without paying.
The difficulty in Fuel Baron: Gas Station is not a timer but the queue. Keeping three pumps turning at once, with the right fuel in the right amount, is what the game is really about. Let the line grow and customers leave, taking your reputation with them.
What it is
Fuel Baron: Gas Station is a free iOS gas station tycoon and pump simulator in which you serve each customer yourself, set the price per litre, buy wholesale fuel when it is cheap and expand the station with more pumps, tanks, a shop, a car wash, a restaurant, EV charging and solar panels. Four regions change traffic, rush hours and price sensitivity, and handing the station over turns litres sold into permanent stars. It runs offline with no account.
Highlights
What a day actually looks like

Tap the car, pick the fuel, watch the meter
The first screen is the working station: pumps in a row, cars lining up from the lane and a fill meter at the bottom while one car is served. The top bar keeps cash, the clock, your rating and the tank levels for gasoline, diesel and LPG in view.

A different business in each region
The Branches screen compares regions, starting with Smalltown, which has steady small-town traffic that is mostly cars and petrol-heavy. It lists the daily cars, the price sensitivity and the tip share, and warns that a station with no manager earns nothing while you are away.

Add pumps and speed up the flow
The Build menu holds the upgrades that raise throughput: a fourth pump, a fast pump kit that fills each car in a third less time, a dual-nozzle kit and bigger tanks. Larger tanks are where catching a cheap wholesale day starts to pay.

Hire staff to take the side work
Attendants run facilities and take cars you do not reach, a cashier keeps the shop at full capacity, and a manager takes over fuel ordering. Each role shows its daily wage, so staffing is a trade between wages and your own time.

Read your reputation in four numbers
At the end of the day a panel shows cars served, lost customers, fuel sold, average wait, income, wages and net, then breaks the rating into service rate, wait, extras and price. A daily quest and an optional ad that doubles the day's earnings sit at the bottom.
How it works
How a day at the station goes
Cars enter from the lane, pull up to a free pump and queue behind each other. Serving them is your job.
Serve the waiting car
Tap the car, pick the fuel it asked for and the amount, hit START and watch the meter run. Choose the wrong nozzle and the driver leaves without paying.
Set the price and keep stock
Adjust the price per litre against today's wholesale rate and the length of your queue, and top up the tanks when fuel is cheap.
Build, hire and read the day
Spend earnings on pumps, tank sizes and facilities, hire attendants and a manager, and read the end-of-day panel to see which part of your reputation held you back.
Background
How does a gas station tycoon game work, and what decides whether the station makes money?
A gas station tycoon turns a few ordinary business levers into a game: how much to charge per litre, how much stock to hold, how fast you can serve a queue and what extras you add. The levers pull against each other. A lower price brings more cars but earns less per litre, a full tank cannot be bought with an empty till, and speed matters because a long queue sends customers away. Fuel Baron: Gas Station keeps each of these visible, so you can see why a day went well or badly.
Price per litrevolume against margin
Lowering the price draws more cars and raising it makes each litre worth more. There is no single right answer, because it depends on your stock, the length of your queue and the day's wholesale rate.
Wholesale timingbuy low, fill the tanks
Wholesale fuel moves every day. Filling the tanks on a cheap day raises your margin for the days after, but the money goes into the tank, so your till empties while payday still arrives.
Reputationfour parts, each with a weight
The end-of-day panel splits your rating into speed, price, stock and extras, each with its weight. You do not have to guess why the number moved, which makes it a real planning tool.
Prestige by handoverreset, keep the stars
Litres sold become stars. Handing the station over resets your cash, buildings and staff, while your stars and the cards you bought stay, and permanent multipliers make the next run measurably faster.

No internet, no account
There is no server and no account, and the save stays on the device.
Stars
Handover and permanent multipliers
Litres sold become stars and cards that stay after a handover and speed up the next run.
Staff
Attendants and a manager
Attendants take the cars you cannot reach plus side work such as windshields, the shop, the car wash and the chargers. Tips only come from your own service.
Extras
Shop, car wash, restaurant, EV and solar
Expand beyond fuel. EV charging and solar panels are what genuinely keep earning while you are away, and if the piggy bank fills it tells you honestly how much overflowed.
Assistant
Order Assistant and Manager
The Order Assistant reorders when stock runs low, and the Manager keeps things running while you are away.
Fit
Who it's for — and who it isn't
A good fit if you
- Like tycoon and management games where the numbers are visible
- Want to play hands-on instead of waiting for an idle counter
- Enjoy tuning a price against stock and queue length
- Want a game that works with no internet and no account
- Like a prestige loop in which each run is faster than the last
Not the right tool if you
- Need an Android version, since the game is on iOS only
- Expect fuel to sell while you are away: you serve the pumps yourself and only EV charging and solar panels earn unattended
- Want a game with no ads, because the free version has ads and Remove ads is a one-time purchase
- Prefer a fully idle game that plays itself
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is Fuel Baron: Gas Station?
Fuel Baron: Gas Station is a free iOS tycoon and pump simulator in which you run a gas station from two pumps and a till. You serve each customer yourself, set the price per litre, buy wholesale fuel and expand across four regions.
Does the game earn money while I am away?
Fuel does not sell while you are away, because you work the pumps yourself. What keeps earning is what genuinely runs unattended, namely EV charging and the solar panels. If the piggy bank fills up, Fuel Baron: Gas Station tells you honestly how much overflowed.
How does pricing work?
Lowering the price per litre brings more cars and raising it makes each litre earn more. In Fuel Baron: Gas Station neither is always right, since it depends on your stock, the length of your queue and today's wholesale rate.
What is the best way to make money in a gas station tycoon?
Serve quickly and correctly first, because wrong nozzles and long queues cost sales and reputation. Then buy wholesale fuel on cheap days, add pumps and larger tanks, and read the end-of-day reputation panel to see whether speed, price, stock or extras held you back. Fuel Baron: Gas Station shows each of these numbers.
What are the four regions?
Smalltown, Highway, Mountain Pass and Lakeside. They differ in daily traffic, rush hours, price sensitivity, tips and customer mix, so a plan that works in one may not in another. The Rival Map in Fuel Baron: Gas Station lets you compare branches.
What does handing over the station do?
Litres sold become stars. Handing the station over resets your cash, buildings and staff, but your stars and the cards you bought stay. The permanent multipliers make the next run in Fuel Baron: Gas Station measurably faster.
Do I need an internet connection or an account?
No. Fuel Baron: Gas Station works with no internet, has no server and needs no account. Your save stays on the device.
Is Fuel Baron: Gas Station free?
The game is free to download on the App Store and shows ads, and it includes optional in-app purchases. Remove ads is a one-time purchase.
Is there an Android version?
Not at the moment. Fuel Baron: Gas Station is available on iOS through the App Store.
Which languages and devices does it support?
The game is available in ten languages and runs on iOS 15.0 or later. It is rated 4+.
