Why Measure ROI?

Not every task is worth automating. ROI tells you which workflows deliver real value versus which just feel nice, turning a gut call into a business case.

Start by pricing the manual task: how often per week, how long each time, and the hourly cost of who does it. Multiply for the weekly cost by hand.
