Spotting Bias in AI Answers

Notice when an answer leans one way and ask for balance.

What Bias Means Here

Bias is when an answer leans one way without telling you it is leaning. An AI learned from human writing, and human writing is full of opinions, blind spots, and uneven viewpoints. So the AI can quietly favor one side, one culture, or one assumption. Spotting bias is not about catching the AI being "evil" — it is about noticing when you are only hearing part of the story.

Where Bias Comes From

Two big sources. First, training data: if most of the text it learned from took one stance, the AI absorbs that tilt. Second, your prompt: if you ask "Why is X the best option?" you have already told it the answer you want. The AI is agreeable by nature and will happily build your case, even a weak one.
