You do not need to speak in perfect sentences. Dump your thoughts out loud, even messy and rambling: "uh, remind me to email Sam about the meeting, maybe move it to Friday." The AI captures the gist. You are not performing — you are getting raw material down. Cleaning it up comes next, and that is the AI's job.
