What strict Enables

strict: true enables multiple sub-flags at once.
// strict enables:
// strictNullChecks, noImplicitAny, strictFunctionTypes,
// strictBindCallApply, strictPropertyInitialization,
// noImplicitThis, useUnknownInCatchVariables, alwaysStrict
