Spotting a doubtful answer is half the battle; the other half is checking it fast. Good news: most claims can be verified in under a minute.
You do not need to become a researcher. A few quick habits let you confirm or debunk an AI claim before you rely on it, with very little effort.
Search the Claim
The fastest check is a plain web search. Copy the key fact, a name, a date, a statistic, into a search engine and see if reliable sources agree.
If trustworthy sites confirm it, great. If nothing comes up, or sources disagree, treat the AI claim as suspect. A ten-second search catches a huge share of hallucinations.
