Ask for Quantity First
Resist the urge to ask for the perfect idea. Instead ask for a lot: give me 20 ideas for a weekend family activity.
Quantity beats quality at this stage. Among twenty options, a few will spark something even if most are ordinary. You are mining for surprises, and more material means more chances to find one.
