What helm uninstall Does
The helm uninstall command removes a release and deletes the Kubernetes resources Helm created for it. 🧹

You uninstall by release name, not by chart name, because the same chart can be installed many times.
One Command, Full Cleanup
Helm tears down the Deployments, Services, and other objects it made, so you do not delete them by hand. 🗑️
History Is Removed Too
By default uninstall also drops the release's revision history, so helm list no longer shows it at all.
Mind the Namespace
Add --namespace to uninstall a release in a specific namespace, matching where it was originally installed.

The old delete Alias
You may see helm delete in older docs. It is just an alias for uninstall and does the same thing.
