Azure provides two free web-based tools to help you predict costs before committing. The Azure Pricing Calculator estimates the monthly cost of a proposed Azure architecture. The Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Calculator builds a business case for migrating from on-premises by comparing your current infrastructure cost with the projected Azure cost.

The Azure Pricing Calculator (azure.microsoft.com/pricing/calculator) is a free, web-based tool where you add Azure products to a scenario and configure their parameters — region, SKU, usage hours per month, redundancy level — and the tool calculates an estimated monthly cost. You can save estimates, share them with colleagues, and export them to Excel for inclusion in budget proposals.
