Some services appear constantly. Be fluent in:

• IAM, STS, KMS, CloudTrail, Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub.

If you know these cold, you address most questions.

Know the IR flow cold:

• Contain (isolate with security groups), preserve evidence (snapshot, no changes), investigate (Detective, Athena), recover.
